Can you cook a large quantity of hots in a roaster oven?

I'm having my daughter's birthday party & want to have hot dogs for the kids (along with other stuff), but with 50-60 guests...I don't want to be standing over the grill. A crockpot won't hold enough & I wondered if I could make them in my roaster oven, so they would stay warm throughout the day? Thank ya much!
Sorry for the typo...meant "hot dogs" not "hots"...lol!

you can grill them earlier in the day and then hold them at what evever temperature you would like in your roaster oven

175-200 should work with a little bit of water at the bottom
